Article 29 of Social Insurance Law

Subject to the provision of Article (27) of this Law, the insured person's period of service counted toward the pension in accordance with the provisions of Amiri Decree No. 3 of 1960 shall be included in the contribution period under this insurance. As an exception thereto, periods of leave without pay that ended while the provisions of the aforementioned Amiri Decree were in force may be added, in accordance with the conditions and rules issued by a decision of the Minister after the approval of the Board of Directors.
