Article 47 of Social Insurance Law

The authorities competent to investigate shall conduct an investigation into every report submitted to them. This investigation shall indicate, in particular, the circumstances of the accident in detail, the statements of witnesses, whether the accident resulted from an intentional act or gross and intentional misconduct by the insured person pursuant to Article (44) of this Law, as well as the statements of the employer or its representative and the statements of the injured person. These authorities shall provide the Institution with a copy of their investigation immediately upon its completion. The Institution may request that the investigation be supplemented if it considers that there are grounds for doing so.
