Article 48 of Social Insurance Law

The Institution shall examine insured persons exposed to contracting any of the occupational diseases referred to in paragraph (f) of Article (1) of this Law, at periodic intervals determined by a decision of the Minister which shall also specify the conditions and arrangements under which the periodic examination shall be conducted. The Institution shall notify the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labour of cases of occupational diseases appearing among insured persons and cases of death resulting therefrom.
