English translation
The Institution shall implement the provisions of this Part even if the injury entails the liability of a person other than the employer. This shall not prejudice any right the insured person may have against the person liable.

تلتزم المؤسسة بتنفيذ احكام هذا الباب حتى ولو كانت الاصابة تقتضي مسئولية
شخص آخر خلاف صاحب العمل ولا يخل ذلك بما يكون للمؤمن عليه من حق
