Article 52 of Social Insurance Law

The insured person may submit a request for reconsideration within two days from the date on which he is notified of the end of treatment or of the date of return to work, and within two weeks from the date on which he is notified that disability has not been established, of the assessment of its percentage, or that he is not suffering from an occupational disease. The medicine shall be referred to a medical arbitration committee whose decision shall be final in respect of the insured person and the Institution. The Minister shall issue a decision regulating the procedures and particulars of the request for reconsideration, the formation of the medical arbitration committee, the determination of its members’ fees, and its procedures and working rules.
