Article 49 of Social Insurance Law

The Institution shall conduct a medical examination of insured persons exposed to the risk of contracting occupational diseases upon the termination of their service, in order to establish their state of health, provided that, when conducting the said examination, account is taken of the nature of the work and the type of disease to which they were exposed. The result of the medical examination may include re-examination at periodic intervals after the termination of service.
