Article 55 of Social Insurance Law

The resources of the Fund provided for in this Part shall consist of the following funds. a- Contributions paid by the insured person according to the monthly income bracket he chooses from Schedule No. (6) attached to this Law. b- The annual contribution and sums allocated in the State's general budget for the purposes of this Fund. These shall be determined by a decision of the Minister after obtaining the opinion of the Board of Directors, and the decision shall also specify the method of payment. c- Reserves transferred to the account of insured persons for periods counted pursuant to the provisions of Part Three of this Law or pursuant to the provisions of the Law on Retirement Pensions and Gratuities for Military Personnel. d- Proceeds from investment of the Fund's money and other resources resulting from the Institution's activities relating to it. e- Subsidies, donations, and bequests that the Board of Directors decides to accept.
