Article 57 of Social Insurance Law

A decision of the Minister, following the approval of the Board of Directors, shall specify the dates, rules and procedures for payment of contributions and additional amounts due for delay in their payment, without exceeding the limits stipulated in Articles (91, 92) of this Law, as well as the cases of deferment of payment of contributions and exemption from the aforementioned amounts. Contributions may be collected through government entities, associations, leagues and equivalent bodies in accordance with the provisions of the decision stipulated in the preceding paragraph.
