English translation
Participation in this insurance shall be compulsory, except for anyone who has exceeded the age of fifty-five at the commencement of participation, whose participation and continuation in the insurance shall be optional. Nevertheless, by a decision of the Minister after approval by the Board of Directors, the age stipulated in the preceding paragraph may be raised, and the cases in which persons exceeding that age may be required to participate in the insurance, and the conditions and rules relating thereto, may likewise be specified.

يكون الاشتراك في هذا التأمين إلزاميا، عدا من جاوز سن الخامسة والخمسين عند
بدء الاشتراك فيكون اشتراكه واستمراره في التأمين اختياريا. ومع ذلك يجوز بقرار
من الوزير بعد موافقة مجلس الادارة، رفع السن المنصوص عليها في الفقرة السابقة
وكذا تحديد الحالات التي يجوز فيها إلزام من جاوز هذه السن بالاشتراك في التأمين
