Article 45 of Social Insurance Law

Both the recipient of an injury pension and the Institution may request medical re-examination no more than four times during the three years following the date on which disability is established. A decision of the Minister shall specify the periods that must elapse before each examination is conducted. The injury pension shall be adjusted or suspended according to what the medical re-examination reveals, and in accordance with any increase or decrease in its percentage. Payment of the pension shall be suspended if its recipient does not present himself for the medical re-examination requested by the Institution pursuant to the provisions of this Article. Suspension shall continue until re-examination is conducted, and payment of the entitlement for the suspension period shall follow the findings of the medical re-examination.
