English translation
If the debtor fails to pay the debt secured by the pledge when due, the pledgee may, after three days have elapsed from the date of formal notice to the debtor to pay, request, by a petition submitted to the President of the Court of First Instance, an order for the sale of all or part of the pledged property.

إذا لم يدفع المدين الدين المضمون بالرهن في ميعاد استحقاقه كان للدائن المرتهن،
بعد انقضاء ثلاثة أيام من تاريخ إعذار المدين بالوفاء أن يطلب بعريضة تقدم إلى
