Article 234 of Commercial Code

If the pledged thing is liable to perish or deteriorate, or its possession entails exorbitant expenses, and the pledgor does not wish to provide another thing in its place, either the creditor or the pledgor may request the President of the Court of First Instance to authorize its immediate sale by any method designated by the President.
