If the secured debt is not paid when due, the holder of the pledge instrument separately from the warehouse receipt may request the sale of the pledged goods by following the procedures prescribed in Articles 231 to 233 concerning commercial pledges.

إذا لم يدفع الدين المضمون في ميعاد الاستحقاق، جاز لحامل صك الرهن منفصلاً
عن إيصال التخزين أن يطلب بيع البضاعة المرهونة باتباع الإجراءات المنصوص
