Article 252 of Commercial Code

1 - The pledgee shall recover his entitlement from the price of the goods with priority over all creditors after deduction of the following sums: A - Taxes and fees due on the goods. B - Expenses of selling and storing the goods and other preservation expenses. 2 - If the holder of the warehouse receipt is not present when the goods are sold, the sum exceeding the entitlement of the holder of the pledge warrant shall be deposited in the court treasury.
