1 - Ownership of the money or property entered in the current account shall pass to the party who received it. 2 - Each party to the current account may dispose of his credit balance at any time unless otherwise agreed.

۱ - تنتقل ملكية النقود أو الأموال التي تقيد في الحساب الجاري إلى الطرف الذي
تسلمها.
۲ - ولكل طرف في الحساب الجاري أن يتصرف في أي وقت في رصيده الدائن ما لم
