Article 393 of Commercial Code

1 - All debts arising from business relations conducted between the two parties to the account shall, by operation of law, be entered in the current account unless these debts are secured by statutory or contractual security interests. 2 - Nevertheless, debts secured by contractual security interests, whether granted by the debtor or by a third party, may be entered in the current account if all parties concerned expressly agree thereto.
