English translation
Debts owed to either party, upon entry in the current account, shall lose their particular characteristics and separate identity, and shall thereafter not be individually capable of payment, set-off, or extinguishment by prescription.

الديون المترتبة لأحد الطرفين إذا دخلت الحساب الجاري فقدت صفاتها الخاصة
وكيانها الذاتي، فلا تكون بعد ذلك قابلة على حدة للوفاء ولا للمقاصة ولا للسقوط
