English translation
1 - Payments into a current account shall not bear interest unless otherwise agreed. If the agreement does not specify the interest rate, it shall be calculated on the basis of prevailing custom. 2 - In current accounts held with banks, interest on interest may be calculated while Law Index 1309 Home Page Commercial Law Decree-Law No. 68 of 1980 promulgating the Commercial Law the account remains open. Such interest shall not be calculated before three months have elapsed from the date the interest was entered in the account.

۲ - وفي الحسابات الجارية لدى البنوك يجوز احتساب فائدة على الفوائد أثناء بقاء
الحساب مفتوحًا، ولا تحتسب هذه الفائدة قبل مضي ثلاثة شهور من تاريخ قيد
