English translation
1 - The guarantor by aval shall be liable in the same manner as the person guaranteed. 2 - The obligation of the guarantor by aval shall be valid even if the obligation he guaranteed is void for any reason other than a defect in form. 3 - If the guarantor by aval pays the bill of exchange, the rights arising therefrom shall pass to him against the person guaranteed and against every person liable to the latter under the bill of exchange.

١ - يلتزم الضامن الاحتياطي على الوجه الذي يلتزم به المضمون.
٢ - ويكون التزام الضامن الاحتياطي صحيحا ولو كان الالتزام الذي ضمنه باطلا
لأي سبب اخر غير عيب في الشكل.
٣ - وإذا وفي الضامن الاحتياطي الكمبيالة، آلت اليه الحقوق الناشئة عنها، وذلك
