English translation
Acceptance by intervention shall be recorded on the bill of exchange itself and signed by the intervening party, and shall state the name of the person for whose benefit the intervention was made. If the acceptance by intervention lacks this particular, it shall be deemed to have been made for the benefit of the drawer.

يذكر القبول بالتدخل على الكمبيالة ذاتها ويوقعه المتدخل ويذكر فيه اسم من
حصل التدخل لمصلحته فإذا خلا القبول بالتدخل من هذا البيان اعتبر حاصلا
