English translation
1 - A cheque shall be payable at sight, and any statement to the contrary shall be deemed nonexistent. 2 - If a cheque is presented for payment before the day stated therein as its date of issue, it must be paid on the day of presentment.

١ - يكون الشيك مستحق الوفاء بمجرد الاطلاع عليه وكل بيان مخالف لذلك
يعتبر كأن لم يكن.
٢ - وإذا قدم الشيك للوفاء قبل اليوم المبين فيه كتاريخ لإصداره وجب وفاؤه في
