The company shall be managed by one or more managers from among the partners or other persons, appointed in the company's memorandum of association. If the company's memorandum of association does not appoint the managers, they shall be appointed by the ordinary general assembly of the partners.

يتولى إدارة الشركة مدير أو أكثر من بين الشركاء أو من غيرهم يعين في عقد الشركة،
