English translation
The company’s manager may be removed by a judicial judgment—at the request of one or more partners owning at least one quarter of the capital interests—for the following reasons: 1 - If he commits an act of fraud. 2 - If he commits an error that causes serious harm to the company. 3 - If he violates the provision of Article 106 of this Law.

يجوز عزل مدير الشركة بحكم قضائي - بناء على طلب شريك أو أكثر ممن يملكون
ربع حصص رأس المال على الأقل - وذلك للأسباب التالية:
١ - إذا ارتكب عملاً من أعمال الغش.
٢ - إذا ارتكب خطأ ألحق بالشركة ضرراً جسيماً.
