Article 237 of Companies Law

The invitation to attend the constituent assembly meeting, including the agenda and the time and place of the meeting, shall be issued by one of the following methods: 1 - Registered letters sent to all subscribers at least two weeks before the scheduled date of the meeting. 2 - An announcement, which must be made twice, with the second announcement made after a period of not less than seven days from the date of publication of the first announcement and at least seven days before the meeting. 3 - Hand delivery of the invitation to the shareholders or their legal representatives at least one day before the meeting, with receipt acknowledged on a copy of the invitation. The Executive Regulations may include other methods of convening the meeting through any modern means of communication.
