English translation
A partner who objects to the decision to convert the company may withdraw from the company and recover the value of his interest or shares by submitting a request to the company within sixty days from the date of registration. The value of the interests or shares shall be paid according to their actual value stated in the valuation report provided for in the preceding Article.

يجوز للشريك الذي يعترض على قرار تحول الشركة الانسحاب من الشركة واسترداد
قيمة حصته أو أسهمه وذلك بطلب يقدم إلى الشركة خلال ستين يوما من تاريخ
القيد، ويتم الوفاء بقيمة الحصص أو الأسهم بحسب قيمتها الفعلية الواردة بتقرير
