The company shall be managed by one or more managers from among the partners. The company contract shall specify the manner of the manager’s appointment and removal and the limits of the manager’s authority in management. If there are several managers and the company contract contains no specific provision, decisions shall be issued by an absolute majority of them. يتولى إدارة الشركة مدير أو أكثر من بين الشركاء، يحدد عقد الشركة طريقة تعيينه
وعزله وحدود سلطته في الإدارة.
إذا تعدد المديرون ولم ينص عقد الشركة على حكم معين صدرت القرارات بالأغلبية
المطلقة لهم، وعند تساوي الأصوات يعرض المديرون الأمر على الشركاء للبت فيه
