Article 47 of Companies Law

Partners who are not managers may not interfere in management activities. Nevertheless, they shall have the right, at the company's headquarters, personally or through an agent, to inspect the company's books and documents, obtain photocopies thereof, and obtain a summary statement of the company's financial condition. Any agreement to the contrary shall be void. Each partner shall have the right to request from the company's manager any information concerning the conduct of the company's business, contracts and transactions concluded with it, or its financial position. The company's manager shall be obliged to respond to that information within a maximum period of fifteen days from the date the company receives that request.
