English translation
The company’s manager or any of its partners may not contract with it for his own account or for the account of third parties, or engage in an activity of the same type as the company’s activity, except with prior permission from all partners issued separately in each case.

لا يجوز لمدير الشركة أو لأحد الشركاء فيها أن يتعاقد معها لحسابه الخاص أو لحساب
الغير أو أن يمارس نشاطًا من نوع نشاط الشركة إلا بإذن سابق من جميع الشركاء
