If no manager has been appointed for the company and the company contract does not stipulate that management of the company shall be vested in the partners jointly, each partner shall have authority to manage. Any partner shall have the right to object to any act undertaken by another partner before its implementation. In this case, the matter shall be submitted to the partners for determination, and approval thereof shall be by a majority of the partners.

إذا لم يتم تعيين مدير للشركة ولم يشترط عقد الشركة أن تكون إدارة الشركة للشركاء
مجتمعين يكون لكل شريك صلاحية الإدارة، ويكون من حق أي شريك الاعتراض
