The partners' meeting shall convene upon an invitation from the company manager or at the request of partners satisfying the quorum required to adopt the resolution requested to be included on the agenda. The invitation shall be sent at least fifteen days before the scheduled meeting date by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, with a copy of the invitation sent to the partner by email or fax according to the information available to the company. The invitation may be delivered by hand two working days before the scheduled meeting date, provided that a copy of the invitation is endorsed to indicate receipt. The Ministry shall issue the invitation to convene the meeting if the company manager refuses to convene it. The meeting shall be valid if attended by partners satisfying the quorum required to adopt the resolution.
