The manager shall be liable for harm suffered by the company, partners or third parties due to errors he commits in management or acts he performs contrary to the provisions of the law or the company contract. Any stipulation to the contrary shall be void.

يسأل المدير عن الضرر الذي يصيب الشركة أو الشركاء أو الغير بسبب ما يصدر عنه
من أخطاء في الإدارة أو بسبب قيامه بأعمال تخالف حكم القانون أو عقد الشركة،
