English translation
A limited partnership consists of two categories of partners: 1- General partners who are jointly and severally liable with their assets for all the company’s obligations and who alone undertake its management. All general partners must be Kuwaitis. 2 - Limited partners who participate in the company’s capital through financial contributions, none of whom shall be liable for the company’s obligations except to the extent of his share in the capital.

تتكون شركة التوصية البسيطة من فئتين من الشركاء:
۱- شركاء متضامنون يسألون بالتضامن في أموالهم عن كل التزامات الشركة
وهم وحدهم الذين يتولون إدارتها، ويجب أن يكون جميع الشركاء المتضامنين من
الكويتيين.
۲ - شركاء موصون يشاركون في رأس مال الشركة بحصص مالية ولا يكون أي
