Article 54 of Private Sector Labour Law

A worker whose employment contract has ended shall be entitled to obtain from the employer an end-of-service certificate containing a statement of his period of service, his work, and the last wage he received. This certificate may not contain any expressions that might harm the worker or be issued in a form that reduces his employment opportunities, expressly or by implication.
