English translation
The appellant or the respondent may—after judgment in the appeal has been rendered—request the competent court to award him damages, if the author of the appeal or the manner of proceeding therein was intended to be vexatious. )1(

يجــوز للطاعــن أو للمطعــون ضــده- بعــد صــدور الحكــم في الطعــن - أن يطلــب مــن
المحكمــة المختصــة الحكــم لــه بالتعويضــات، إذا كان صاحــب الطعــن أو طريــق الســلوك
