English translation
In urgent matters or in circumstances where delay is harmful, the court may, upon the application of the interested party, order enforcement of the judgment on the basis of its draft, without service thereof and without affixing an executory formula to it. يجوز للمحكمة في المواد المستعجلة أو في الأحوال التي يكون فيها التأخير ضارًا،
أن تأمر بناءً على طلب صاحب الشأن بتنفيذ الحكم بموجب مسودته بغير إعلانـه
وبغير وضع صيغة تنفيذية عليه. وفي هذه الحالة يسلم الكاتب المسودة لمأمور التنفيذ
الذي يردها بعد الانتهاء من التنفيذ.
