Article 220 of Code of Civil Procedure

If the attachment is manifestly void, any interested person may request from the judge of urgent matters, against the attaching creditor, a judgment disregarding the attachment and extinguishing its effects. Article 221 (1) Neither the debtor, judges, members of the Public Prosecution, employees of the courts or bodies assisting the judiciary, nor lawyers acting as agents for the person conducting the proceedings or for the debtor may bid personally or through persons acting on their behalf; otherwise, the sale shall be void.
