English translation
Neither the debtor, nor judges, members of the Public Prosecution, employees of the courts or bodies assisting the judiciary, nor lawyers acting as agents for the person conducting the proceedings or for the debtor may bid in person or by employing others as nominees; otherwise, the sale shall be void.

لا يجوز للمدين ولا للقضاة، أو اعضاء النيابة العامة، أو العاملين بالمحاكم أو الأجهزة
المعاونة للقضاء، ولا للمحامين الوكلاء عمن يباشر الإجراءات أو عن المدين أن
