Article 219 of Code of Civil Procedure

If the value of the right for which attachment has been imposed is disproportionate to the value of the attached assets, the debtor may request the judge of urgent matters to order that attachment be restricted to some of those assets. This shall be by an action brought in accordance with the ordinary procedures, in which the attaching creditors and anyone deemed by law a party to the proceedings shall be joined. The creditors against whom restriction of the attachment has been ordered shall have priority over other creditors in satisfying their rights from the assets to which the attachment is restricted.
