English translation
The action shall resume in respect of the party affected by the cause of interruption through a summons to appear served upon the person replacing the person who died, lost capacity to litigate, or ceased to have standing, at the request of the other party, or through a summons served upon that other party at their request. The action shall likewise resume if the heirs of the deceased, or the person replacing the person who lost capacity to litigate or ceased to have standing, attends the hearing scheduled for its consideration and proceeds with it.

تستأنف الدعوى سيرها بالنسبة للخصم الذي قام بـه سـبب الانقطاع بتكليف
بالحضور يعلن إلى من يقوم مقام من توفي أو فقد أهليته للخصومة أو زالت صفته
بناءً على طلب الطرف الآخر أو بتكليف يعلن إلى هذا الطرف بناءً على طلب أولئك،
وكذلك تستأنف الدعوى سيرها إذا حضر الجلسة التي كانت محددة لنظرها ورثة
المتوفي أو من يقوم مقام من فقد أهلية الخصومة أو مقام من زالت عنه الصفة
