English translation
Without prejudice to the measures prescribed in this Law or any more severe penalty in any other law, a fine of not more than two thousand dinars and not less than one thousand dinars shall be imposed on anyone who, by using a device or means of communication or otherwise, captures one or more images or a video or audio clip, or publishes any of them, while committing any of the crimes provided for in this Law. )2(
