Article 37 مكرر of Traffic Law

A legal person, except for ministries, government agencies, public authorities and public institutions, shall be criminally liable if any offence stipulated in this Law is committed in its name, for its account, for its benefit or through it, or is committed by any of its representatives, directors, agents or employees. It shall also be punished if the act itself has given rise to an offence stipulated in this Law as a result of conduct or gross negligence and concealment by one of its employees, or was carried out without the approval of the legally competent authorities. The legal person shall be punished by a fine of not less than one thousand dinars and not exceeding ten thousand dinars. It may not be sentenced to anything other than a fine, without prejudice to any ancillary penalties prescribed by law.
