English translation
The licensing of any motor vehicle or renewal thereof shall be conditional upon insurance against civil liability arising from vehicle accidents, valid for the duration of the licence. The Minister of Interior shall issue a decision specifying the rules, conditions and tariff of this insurance and the cases in which insurance companies are obliged to pay the amount of compensation resulting from vehicle accidents upon settlement.

يــشترط لترخيــص أيــة مركيــة آليــة أو لتجديــده التــأمين مــن المســولية المدنيــة الناشــئة
عــن حــوادث المركيــة تأمينــا ســاري المفعــول مــدة الترخيــص، ويصــدر وزيــر
الداخليــة قــرارا بقواعــد وشروط وتعرفــة هــذا التــأمين والحالات التــي تلتــزم فيهــا
