The vehicle owner must return the plates to the General Traffic Department if the vehicle is dispensed with, its licence expires or is withdrawn, or it is permanently exported outside the country. يجــب على مالــك المركبــة رد اللوحــات إلى الإدارة العامــة للمــرور في حالــة الاســتغناء
عنهــا أو انتهــاء الترخيــص أو ســحبه أو تصديرهــا نهائيــا خــارج الــبلاد.
