English translation
Motor vehicle repair workshops and all tradespersons working in this activity are prohibited from agreeing to carry out any repairs to any vehicle resulting from an accident unless written permission to that effect issued by the competent authority at the Ministry of Interior is presented. The procedures to be followed in this regard shall be determined by a decision of the Minister of Interior.

يحظــر على ورش إصلاح الســيارات وعلى ســائر الحرفــيين الذيــن يعملون في هذا النشــاط
قبــول إجــراء أيــة إصلاحــات بــأي مركبــة تكــون ناجمــة عــن حــادث إلا بعــد تقديــم اذن
كتــابي بذلــك صــادر مــن الجهــة المختصــة بــوزارة الداخليــة.
