English translation
The president of the court to which, not the judge, belongs shall notify him of the judgment issued against him by the Disciplinary Council within forty-eight hours of its issuance. The judge's authority shall cease from the date of the judgment issued by the Disciplinary Council removing him if he was present when it was pronounced; otherwise, his authority shall cease from the date he is notified thereof.

يتــولى رئيــس المحكمــة التابــع لا القــاضي إخطــاره بالحكــم الصــادر ضــده مــن مجلــس
التأديــب خلال ثمانيــة وأربــعين ســاعة مــن وقــت صــدوره ، وتــزول ولايــة القــاضي مــن
تاريــخ الحكــم الصــادر مــن مجلــس الـــتأديب بعزلــه إذا كان حــاضرا عنــد النطق بــه ، و إلا
