English translation
The applicant shall personally undertake all procedures before the Circuit. He may submit his defence in writing or appoint a member of the judiciary other than a counsellor of the Court of Cassation to act on his behalf therein. The Circuit shall determine the application after hearing the defence of the applicant and the Public Prosecution. The judgment issued on the application shall not be subject to challenge by any means of appeal. يباشر الطالب جميع الإجراءات أمام الدائرة بنفسه، وله أن يقدم دفاعه كتابة أو أن
ينيب عنه في ذلك أحد رجال القضاء من غير مستشاري محكمة التمييز. وتفصل
الدائرة في الطلب بعد سماع دفاع الطالب والنيابة العامة.
