English translation
The Cassation Circuit entrusted with hearing administrative appeals shall have jurisdiction to decide applications submitted by members of the judiciary and the Public Prosecution for annulment of final administrative decisions concerning any of their employment affairs, where the application is based on a defect of form, violation of laws and regulations, error in their application or interpretation, or misuse of authority. It shall also have exclusive jurisdiction to decide claims for compensation for such decisions and disputes concerning salaries, pensions and gratuities due to them or their heirs. No person who was a member of the Supreme Judicial Council may sit to decide these matters if he participated in the decision giving rise to the application.

تختص دائرة التمييز المنوط بها نظر الطعون الإدارية بالفصل في الطلبات التي يقدّمها
رجال القضاة والنيابة العامة بإلغاء القرارات الإدارية النهائية المتعلقة بأي شأن من
شئونهم الوظيفية، متى كان مبنى الطلب عيباً في الشكل أو مخالفة القوانين واللوائح
أو خطأ في تطبيقها أو تأويلها أو إساءة استعمال السلطة. كما تختص دون غيرها
بالفصل في طلبات التعويض عن تلك القرارات وفي المنازعات الخاصة بالمرتبات
والمعاشات والمكافآت المستحقة لهم أو لورثتهم. ولا يجوز أن يجلس للفصل في هذه
المسائل من كان عضواً في المجلس الأعلى للقضاء إذا كان قد اشترك في القرار الذي
