English translation
Anyone who knows of the existence of a plan to commit a crime stipulated in this Law, or knows that it has actually occurred, and refrains from reporting this to the Public Prosecution or the State Audit Bureau shall be punished by imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years and a fine not exceeding ten thousand dinars, or by either of these two penalties. The provision of this Article shall not apply to the spouse of any person involved in that plan, or to his ascendants or descendants.

كل من علم بوجود مشروع لارتكاب جريمة مما نص عليه في هذا القانون أو علم
بوقوعها بالفعل وامتنع عن إبلاغ ذلك الي النيابة العامة أو ديوان المحاسبة يعاقب
بالحبس مدة لا تزيد على ثلاث سنوات وبغرامة لا تزيد على عشرة ألاف دينار أو
بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين.
ولا يجرى حكم هذه المادة على زوج أي شخص له يد في ذلك المشروع أو على أصوله
