English translation
Anyone who intentionally causes a delay in the arrival, at the competent authority within the specified time limit, of the notification or statement referred to in Article Six and the preceding Article, first paragraph, of this Law shall be punished by imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years and a fine not exceeding ten thousand dinars, or by either of these two penalties.

يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تزيد على ثلاث سنوات وبغرامة لا تزيد على عشرة ألاف
دينار أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين كل من تسبب عمدا في تأخير وصول الإخطار أو
البيان المشار إليهما في المادتين السادسة والسابقة فقرة أولى من هذا القانون الي الجهة
