Article 16 of Law on the Practice of Medicine and Allied Health Professions

Everyone is prohibited from advertising, by any means or method, medicines, preparations, mixtures, formulations, stimulants, special foods, devices, machines, equipment or instruments relating to health or aesthetic aspects and affecting the human body before obtaining a licence therefor from the competent authority at the Ministry, which shall be designated by a decision of the Minister. Third parties are also prohibited from conducting a questionnaire or poll, or presenting offers, services or advertisements inside a health facility, unless prior written approval permitting this has been obtained from the facility’s management.
